Our ADV consultant evaluates the current enterprise architecture, performs analysis of alternatives (AoA) on possible transition technical solutions, and identifies a road map for possible transition-solution states. The consultant also documents a complete strategic and implementation plan to modernize the enterprise architecture. Our ADV consultant follows Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) during this process. The consultant works closely with business clients and stakeholders in identifying the business needs and requirements, and identifying the appropriate technologies to build the future enterprise architecture solution. As and when required, the consultant also provides numerous supporting documentations for implementation and operational purposes that includes, but is not limited to, transition plan, implementation plan and operations plan along with a proposed project schedule.
