ADV Agile methodology to design and develop an Additional Protocol Reporting System (APRS) for the Department of Commerce that replaced their existing paper-based manual reporting processes with web applications and automated processes. The architecture and development teams applied Agile principles to collaborate with the customer by delivering working software increments in monthly sprints, collecting feedback, and incorporating change requests in subsequent deliverables.  This approach resulted in a satisfied customer and a final product that met their expectations. 

ADV Solutions leveraged advanced capabilities Azure Government Cloud, open-source tools for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery Pipeline using Jenkins, Git, Maven, and configuration management with Ansible. The APRS solution established a cloud migration roadmap for the migration of other legacy systems at the Department of Commerce. Customer benefitted from the new system by a 2-week reduction of time and labor required to process the reports, and the elimination of human errors associated with manual processing.
