Tiffani Jones joined ADV in May 2018, bringing over twelve years of experience as a Human Resources professional. Tiffani’s background includes full life cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and training and development. Prior to joining ADV, Tiffani served as a Human Resources Specialist in the US Army and also supported the HR function of various government contracting agencies in the Washington, D.C. area. She is a dynamic team player and strives to deliver the highest quality of customer service while delivering outstanding results. Tiffani is a native of Florida, and earned her B.S. degree in Human Resources Management from University of Maryland University College. She also earned her Master of Science degree from UMUC in Human Resources Management.
