Taneshia Best joined ADV in 2017, bringing over ten years of experience leading talent acquisition strategies in the government contracting intelligence/IT industry. Her responsibilities include overseeing full life-cycle recruitment for proposal staffing and long-term project positions as well as working with partner organizations, business units, and project managers to effectively implement quality systems across the organization. Prior to joining ADV, Taneshia held talent acquisition positions in comprehensive dynamic organizations. Her expertise spans performing and managing the full life-cycle of high volume recruiting and proposal including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing offers. She has supported programs within a variety of federal divisions including DOD, NGA, DHS, DOC, and DOJ. Taneshia’s expertise using advanced search methodologies has been honed recruiting for firms such as General Dynamics IT, ArdentMC, and Technica Corporation. In addition, she has recruited successfully in the Market Research, Software Technology, Data Analytics, and Online Media industries. Moreover, she has led Talent Acquisition operations for multiple federal contracting firms, overseeing all aspects of workforce planning, pipeline, reporting, compliance and using unique search methods with a fast turn-around to obtain highly specialized, top technical talent. Taneshia Best holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. She is certified in AIRS – Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC)
